*A refundable Housekeeping Deposit may be required for parties where the majority of attendees are 16 and over and/or bookings beyond 10 pm. All bookings are at the discretion of the Trust and booking officer.

- A local has been identified by the description in the CCT constitution as residents of Contin, Jamestown and Tarvie
- Our hall is operated by volunteers. The email address is monitored regularly during the week; however, you may not get an immediate reply.

- Use of the projector can be arranged upon request.
- The Trust can offer seat covers upon request, at an additional cost.
- Security may be requested for larger events at management discretion.
