Make a booking
Contin Hall uses the Hallmaster Online Booking System.
To make a booking request click on the + symbol on the date and room you wish to book. If you are making a booking request for the first time, you will be asked to enter your contact details and a password so that you can track your booking status, any changes that are made, plus view any invoices and payments linked to that booking, much in the same way you would with an online shopping website. A full user guide can be found on the Hallmaster website.
Please make sure you select the right room – either the Main Hall or the Small Meeting Room. If the calendar is difficult to read, toggle to the Week, Day or Agenda view. Once you have made a booking request, a member of the Trust will get in touch with you to confirm the booking or request more details. The hall is managed by volunteers and we aim to respond within 48 hours.
Before making a booking please carefully review the Terms & Conditions as well as the General Rules for Parties. For hire of the Bouncy Castle additional T&C are in place.
We ask users to treat the hall and our neighbours with respect. Please leave the hall in good order for the next users. Do not overstay your booking, and vacate the premises within the conditions of our licence. Please close doors and turn down music after 11 pm. When departing, please ask your guests to leave quietly at the close of your event. Car doors banging and loud talk in the car park are disturbing to local residents.
